They sell expensive control box but don't allow you through the app on you phone to open the gate if you need or want to. This prohibits blind visitors from calling an owner to open the gate. They told me the problem was my phone, then acknowledged a software issue, canceled meeting to see first hand. Trying to simulate told me to wait for software update.
