사용자 리뷰

Recurring complaints focus on registration and login failures, slow loading and syncing, and unreliable gate or device functions. Support experiences vary, with reports of poor follow-up alongside one report of a prompt fix. No positive point appears repeatedly enough in these reviews to identify as a consistent pro.

장점

단점

Account registration and authentication frequently fail: users report missing verification emails, rejected registrations, and login problems even when credentials work on the website.
The app can be slow or unreliable when loading, refreshing, syncing, retrieving logs or balances, and downloading firmware updates.
Key functions are reported as failing or working intermittently, including gate commands, device setup, visitor settings, and access-number management.
Support experiences are inconsistent: some users report delays or unhelpful troubleshooting, while one reported a quick fix.
