2022-09-18	Mi*****	I think it's a great app in theory, but their challenges they put on take months to pay out rewards (if they ever). The app is really buggy as well where auctions and the featured premium sections always close out on me. Just today I'm trying to sign up for their latest 45 day challenge but I keep getting bumped out. I am also waiting on an Amazon GC from their previous challenges. Carrot is great on responsiveness and always very fast and friendly. They just need to strengthen some core areas.

2022-02-11	Ch*****	I am extremely disappointed. I upgraded to a new phone and since I did that in Nov not one step has been counted. It shows that I have not taken one step. Im very discouraged. I use to love to have the goal and before I went to bed I made sure I met my goal. Now it does not calculate so I dont even bother. It's a shame as I will loose all the coins I have built up. I highly doubt that I will get a response for this.

I go turn on google fit in the carrot app (already did, but this buggy app turned it off) then it turn it off again, every second! Full of bugs ! And you can't even set your username. Or add facebook friends (there was an option, but buggy as usual, so not working) And they will tell you that there were no old way. That's lie. I only have this app. They made buy premium only.

2020-10-20	CJ*****	Stopped working over a week ago. Was ok prior to that but no longer tracks any steps. Also options for rewards offered previously were decent but now they're not really worthwhile. Might as well uninstall the app since it no longer serves a purpose.

2020-10-07	Je*****	Changing my review from 2 to 1. Would be 0 but it's not an option. You earn points that you can't use unless you become a premium member. Or you can enter contest. Meaning most people will never see a dime. The old method was better. And I am still waiting for Garmin support. I get 5000 and above on a lazy day yet this app barely counts a few hundred.

2020-09-27	Mo*****	Please fix your app. Most of the time I try to sync my steps the app just crashes completely. At times it just doesn't count the steps correctly. Horrible experience every time I use it. Last update was in 2017.....

2020-09-15	Bi*****	They took a good app and turned it to garbage.- just a data collection agency now. The support link does not work, not to mention the Fitbit app does not connect. If Bluetooth scanning is on, what's the issue in picking up a watch 15cm away?

2020-09-05	Ge*****	It's awful. Won't actually connect with my fitbit aoo, says I need a stable connection, doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or not or what wifi. And when I try to go to support, apparently that page doesn't exist

2020-09-02	Sa*****	Not easy to understand. As someone who cant have their phone on them at work, i rely on my fitbit to count my steps. This app is no longer compatible with fitbit. So what is the point.

2020-08-20	Su*****	Same Fitbit errors noted in previous comments. Probs since Mar 2020. Contacted Carrot & Fitbit. Fitbit says Carrot is no longer a compatible app. Carrot says probs due to Fitbit release & I should carry my phone in order to record my steps. Really??? Followed up with Carrot again. Unlinked, uninstalled apps, rebooted phone installed apps, linked, followed Carrot's directions over & over, still receive the same error. Sent screen shots, still receive canned response. Will no longer use this app.
