I love how helpful they are with size suggestions, explaining the items, and how fun they make it to shop. I also enjoy how you can rewatch the days videos and they have videos for all the items. Plus, anytime I've had to reach out to customer service they have been so amazing. I literally check the app out multiple times a day. Katie and the girls are an absolute blast!
