2024-08-15	M *****	08.14.24 updated yesterday and cant see comments or participate to ask hosts. Please fix this asap. ******* Ikeeps crashing 09/25/23. It says it has a bug and to update after developer fixes it. Please fix the app as I'm uninstalling. Thank you.

2024-01-10	JL*****	Lug has removed all the fan favorite categories such as Wish List Favorites, previous live shows. Lug is forcing customers to watch all the Live shows. I don't have time to sit & watch LL shows daily. I am removing the useless App. I strongly don't recommend the LL LugLive App. anymore.

2024-01-06	MK*****	App works poorly. Customers' valuable time is lost due to app problems. Lug took away important features that made shopping easier, alas still with app issues. Lug doesn't care about its customers. They have refused to make the shopping experience a good and easy one for could-be, would-be customers! Someone neutral should figure out how much time both the hosts and potential customers waste due to this app. I no longer use/watch the LUGLIVE App. due to inconsistencies and faulty app.

2023-10-01	Je*****	What's the point of adding things to your favorites when 1. The print you want is deleted and 2. Things are automatically deleted. The app was a lot better before the update. Just fix the crashing and leave what's not broken alone. 😔 It seems this could be an Android update issue, but it still needs fixed.

2023-09-10	*****	PLEASE update to show selected color!!!! So many videos do not even show the products, you can't fast forward the video, you need to listen to the host speak about other things and not the items. I have to GOOGLE the times to see the color & specs. It's very annoying. I shop only when I have time to see a live host and hopefully order the correct item. Also, hosts sometimes say they will wait for customers to leave the Live chat so they can place the order. Horrible experience.

In description of item where the colors of bags are shown, make them scrollable and not reset themselves to the beginning and place color names with the picture so we know what they are. Don't have hosts go off on health tips since they aren't Dr's. Maybe not have the code available because people abuse host time with placing it in the feed several times by one person. Put it somewhere else for use.

2022-05-14	Ca*****	Bruna is sweet and so cute, but when she is showing one item, someone ask her a question about a item she has already shown. She goes back to the previous item and gives another viewing of that item, leaving the new item just hanging.... she talks to much to the people answering questions on the items she has already shown. It would be better if she finished her presentation then answer questions after she finishes showing her items in her show. To much time wasted, and very disturbing.
