2023-06-24	Ka*****	I ordered 2 in stock items, and I was billed for both items. They only sent one item. I have been emailing for 2 days to get the second item refunded. As it turns out....they do not give refunds, only store credits. I'm horribly disappointed in Grace. I will not ever order from your shady store again. There's no way except email to even get in touch...

And most importantly, the customer service that Grace and co provides is top notch. So so nice fast to respond and resolve. I couldn't ask for better service. Thanks for bringing ol school back.
