HEMAYATI is a pioneering international application developed as part of the Ministry of Interior's efforts in child protection. It serves as an electronic hotline, enabling community members across the UAE and beyond to report child abuse conveniently and anonymously via smartphones and tablets. The app supports detailed police reports, including specifics about the child, abuse type, location, and health needs.

Designed to protect the anonymity and rights of both victims and reporters in compliance with Wadima law, HEMAYATI fosters cooperation between the community and government agencies. It also accommodates foreign residents who wish to report abuse from outside the country. By offering a secure, user-friendly avenue to report and prevent child abuse, HEMAYATI plays a vital role in safeguarding children and aiding timely investigations.
