📱 CDS4YOU: Event & Catering Operator Management
The CDS4YOU app is CDS Group's central digital hub, designed to optimize the management of service staff (waiters, chefs, and other staff) in real time, ensuring maximum efficiency and traceability for every catering event.

1. Scheduling and Assignment (Before the Event)
This area ensures flawless planning and assignment of qualified staff:

Availability and Calendar: Operators use the Availability Dashboard to mark available slots. The Operations Office views and assigns events, which immediately appear in the operator's Centralized Events Calendar, complete with start/end times and meeting points.

Digital Briefing: For each assignment, the app provides a Complete Briefing that serves as a digital roadmap. It includes: Event Type, Location (with direct navigation via Maps), Assigned Role (e.g., Head Waiter), Dress Code, and a list of required equipment.

Targeted Communications: These are managed via specific and urgent push notifications, sent only to relevant operators (e.g., in the event of a last-minute change).

2. Execution and Tracking (During the Event)
This section ensures proper service execution and attendance tracking, which is essential for time reporting:

Geo-referenced Check-in/Check-out: The operator must perform a digital check-in/check-out. The app records the GPS location to confirm that the operator is physically present at the event location, preventing misunderstandings and tracking the exact start and end times of service. A Delay function is provided for timely communications.

Digital Worksheet: The app serves as an operational guide, displaying the detailed menu and service schedule (banquet timing), ensuring consistency in execution. Waiters use the app to monitor progress in real time.

3. Human Resources and Feedback (Post-Event)
This area supports administrative closure and staff development:

Reporting and Proof of Work: After checkout, operators can complete an Event Feedback form, and managers can attach photos of setup or service, creating documentary proof of the work performed.

Document Management: Operators have direct and secure access to their documentation (contracts, HACCP certificates, attestations) within the app.

Performance Evaluation: The Secretariat can record a score or formal feedback on the employee's performance after each event, creating a performance history that allows them to reward the most reliable operators and optimize future assignments.
