Useless app, you can't buy tickets, you can't check where busses are...

Absolutely shocking. After paying for a bus ticket on the app, the scanner on the bus doesn't scan the QR code, and instead, I have to pay for a single bus ticket. Complete waste of money and time! The only good thing I can say about the app is that I can track the buses, which is handy for when I need to get to work.
