2024-12-09	Ni*****	It was working by after 2 months, I am getting error "unable to connect to panel". The panel is connected to router which has internet. This is quite annoying and there is no info about this issue in Bosch and the app doesnt provide any help. Is this an issue with the app and is there any fix?

2024-10-26	si*****	Absolutely poor app, its ridiculous to require a password or pin every time you open the app and even worse how slow it is to login For a company, the size of bosch this app is terrible. They need to put some effort into the usability and user experience Update had this for close to a month, we don't get notificationsz Can't see history of when alarm has been triggered or armed/disarmed

2024-10-26	Ge*****	App works pretty much flawlessly for me. Push notifications are rock solid and usually timely within a few seconds. Edit: In the last six months or so the notifications are delayed significantly if my phone is locked, and all come through at once when I unlock my phone (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra). This also happens on a couple of other apps, but also doesn't happen with others. Suspect that some apps aren't handling notifications / waking properly with later OS versions. Please fix!

2024-10-17	Wa*****	Would you please have a look at notifications. Since June there is a delay in receiving push notifications. That is, if the phone is locked and idle it can be up to 5 minutes or more before the notification arrives but if during that time you unlock the phone the notification comes through immediately. It's like the notification isn't waking up the phone properly.

2024-10-16	Gr*****	If version 1.5.14 is crashing, reinstall. This developer has other apps, but this is for users accessing their own home alarms. Connects remotely (good), but missing features: rename outputs, zones, and areas. Biometric login (banks do it!). Widgets for output triggers, alarm status, & zone status. Login "Ok" should initiate Connect. Events pane needs to show LOTS more info: app logins, app actions (e.g. outputs triggered), keyfob ID & actions (arming; outputs etc), panel actions, etc.

2024-10-14	Ro*****	Since last update a week ago, app continues to crash when attempting to open. How can it take this long to fix an app that doesn't even open? Edit: Works after uninstall and re-install. Onus shouldn't be on the user to do that though, should be pushed as an app update!

2024-10-08	Ca*****	After most recent update it keeps crashing as it is trying to launch the app. (Samsung fold 4). Also your internet module keeps crashing every month or so and requires me to unplug the battery from the system for it to sync back up to the cloud. Speaking with numerous bosch installers they all say it's a known issue with these modules, I didn't expect such a poor quality component from the likes of bosch....
