Beamio NDEF init

Beamio NDEF init is a field tool for Beamio partners and technicians who set up NTAG 424 DNA NFC cards used with the Beamio platform.

Use your Android phone’s NFC to initialize new cards, repair partially configured cards, and confirm that every tap produces a valid Secure Unique NFC (SUN) URL on beamio.app.

What you can do

Initialize fresh NTAG 424 DNA tags with Beamio keys and NDEF layout
Repair rewritten or partially configured cards
Write dynamic SUN URLs under https://beamio.app/api/sun
Decode tap payloads on-device (UID, counter, tag ID)
Verify cards against the Beamio server and compare local vs server results
Run a Check flow after provisioning to confirm valid, MAC-valid SUN data
Workflows

Initialization — Provision or repair cards (fresh factory keys or existing Beamio keys). Configures SDM so taps return live encrypted SUN parameters.
Check — Read a card, decode SUN locally, call the Beamio debug endpoint, and confirm local and server results match.

This app is for authorized Beamio deployment and support, not end-customer payments. For merchant POS, use Beamio POS.
