2022-08-02	Ke*****	Very unprofessional approach. The girl who came wanted me to pay more than I already paid,and those were the first words that came out of her mouth when she arrived. I asked her to clean it ro the equivalent of the £36 I've already paid, I was told there's no such thing as a half clean so I had to ask her cancel the booking. I then got in touch with the company told them what had happened and asked for my money, they being long and keep asking me to send pictures of the car

Was offered another appointment the following day. It was very fortunate that this was a Saturday otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get my car cleaned. If I had cancelled this appointment this late, I would have had to pay a cancellation fee no compensation offered. Expected better given this was my first experience.

First booking they sent me someone without power despite this being a clear need and the second was cancelled at short notice because they didn't account for travelling times resulting in a slot being available that would not have been achievable. They ignore messages they don't want to deal with and are clearly inept.
