2023-09-15	Ke*****	I've been this app for over 3 years now, and I have to say it's not only the easiest, most convenient bowling bracket app to use, qbut the customer service is exceptional. I had an issue with running brackets at a tournament last week because I accidentally left my tablet at work and I contacted Robert and he spent almost an hour with me helping me get it installed and working on my laptop. I highly recommend this app for anyone running brackets at a tournament or league.

2022-10-07	Ji*****	This app works great. It is easy to use and instructions for all functions. I run brackets in a small league...usually get around 15 brackets running. Everything runs smoothly without issues. I had a question and got a response immediately. Great customer service. Would recommend to others.

Customer service is fantastic, responds back quickly with any questions and has been updating with new features. I like the flexible pricing too, ordered just what I needed for this season. I would like to see a better help screen, especially a step by step guide to setup and run the brackets. The import feature of players is a great time saver. Overall a great way to run brackets.

Was able to import all the league bowlers averages thru the League Secretary Website and the handicaps are updated automatically each week. Have had many questions and Robert answered quickly and professionally. Printing was a bit of a challenge but that is not an issue with the app. Installed the app on my Kindle HD thru the Google Play Store. (see ETA Prime Youtube for instructions for adding Google Play Store, very easy). Now for the wish list...instead of printing would like the players to be able to connect to view the brackets, alive in, and payouts via Android or IOS.

2019-09-04	A *****	While the app is expensive, it is the best I have seen so far. Expense can be recouped very quickly. Integration with league secretary is excellent. Fees are based on annual subscription, FYI.
