There is no application whatsoever where you can check your money and details only a website where you must use this stupid OTP application, so this application is only for OPT!! And it always comes with cracks and bugs! No customer services nothing to help, always busy lines because everyone wants to complain and no one knows how to solve the issues, even heard the own customers wants to be transferred and they were talking about new job! Worst bank ever

2022-02-10	ta*****	The worst idea. Very outdated way to login and very complicated. If they do not invest in a real app like all other big banks don't even bother open an account with them. If anything happens to you phone you have to go through the registration process all over again. I don't know why they don't have a real app.
