HOW IT WORKS

After you log in, you can choose “create your audio” and then follow three steps:

Step 1: Pick a relaxation technique from our library.

Step 2: Record affirmations in your own voice (from our library or design your own).

Step 3: Select relaxing background music or sounds from our library

You will receive your customized self-hypnosis session recording in your inbox.
Your affirmations are repeated at least ten times after the relaxation technique.

The length of the final audio program is about 20 minutes.

It is recommended that you listen to your audio with headphones daily for best results for at least about two weeks. Your audio can be edited at anytime and shared with family and friends.
