The settings for Bill Pay used to work. Now the settings are off and the data moves all the way off the screen so I can't view anything but the biller name.

This is one of the weakest, worst performing banking apps I've ever used. Good luck cashing a check, the app doesn't seem to be able to control focus whatsoever so you just have to try 10000000 different backdrops and pictures.
