Affirmed Identity offers both Authentication-as-a-Service (AaaS) and Identity Verification and Authentication (IVA) services. Key to both offerings is the AffirmedID authenticator app. AffirmedID provides biometric identity verification without stored credentials as part of every authentication ceremony. It provides verifiable cell phone device identity using the FIDO2 protocol. Its user experience is on-par with passwordless push authentication but with enhanced phishing resistance.

The user experience is simple yet elegant. It relies on a PIN yet does so with no stored copy. In other words, the PIN is truly known only by you the user. It employs behavioral biometrics for all its identity verification needs yet does so with strict conformity with all PII regulations. Its phishing resistance package goes well beyond any other thanks to its use of out-of-band authentication protocols.
