2022-12-30	Gl*****	Once I was able to get the tag to have my phone make a noise. Other then that these are totally useless. Even after removing the batteries and reconnecting they are showing the location of the manufacturer's facility. That is all the button/tags do.

2022-12-24	Ta*****	Got these Sharper Image tags as a gift. Ran some tests. The app will only show you an inaccurate location of the device when it disconnects from Bluetooth. When connected, it will not even show the device and instead give you a "getting hotter/getting colder" meter. Useless for anything I'd need it for (travel bags, Vehicles, etc.) Now I have to go through the inconvenience of returning it and returning the gifters money.

I got the sharper image tags for Christmas and the QR code in documentation brings me to this app. The "mytag" app I found, when following instructions, is for a different brand and wont work with my sharper image tags. I've called support 3 times over the week and none of them know anything about this problem, even that the problem exists. Each time they take my email and say they will follow up. I haven't heard from them yet.
