2026-02-10	De*****	The app is very basic. It's easy to file claims, but it was difficult to find where I could see that my claim was processed. I really expected more from this app and was disappointed in it. It is not like the website at all, gives no information about the spending account cards, and doesn't even have a help section.

2026-02-09	St*****	Terrible app and terrible service. The app crashes frequently, making claims a pain. Customer service give unpredictable advice on what constitutes a valid claim with the result that many claims are rejected. Simply not worth the tax benefit.

2025-11-25	As*****	This app is useless. When attempting to login, I'm told that I have the wrong username and get asked security questions that I never set up ("What is your oldest child's name?" Me: I don't even have kids). Keep in mind that I'm using the same credentials that I use on their website. There is a reason this app has such a low rating. If you have to submit paperwork, don't even bother downloading this and go straight to the fax machine (why are they still using such outdated technology?).

2025-05-30	OP*****	Learn about your FSA, then file a claim... pretty easy really. I think people forget ASIFlex is a TPA that's compliant with IRS guidelines. Instead of hating on the app, or ASIFlex... read the guidelines. This app does exactly what it's supposed to do.

2025-05-01	Ge*****	Wow! Shocked 2 See A 2.6 Rating😲 ASI has been our FSA vendor 4 close to 20 years. As our Benefits Manager I've never had a problem with their services. I have however, been less than happy with the app & see they finally changed the App Name from "Self🙄Service" 2 whatever it is now & still have to search ASI Flex 2 even find the app! I also see they've not responded 2 ratings since 2023😲 That is 1 of the FIRST things I look 4 when considering a new app! New edition covers password entry 2!

2025-03-09	De*****	The app does not work for submitting claims anymore. After the initial window of entering claim information it does not advance to the window for adding a receipt. Instead it goes to the main menu and the data in a lost.
