Insanely subpar, do they even test before they release updates? Re: error was fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling app. Next time I'll probably leave it at step one uninstalling the app

With assistance from her and the friendly staff who work together to achieve the best outcomes, I'm more confident about how to manage my accounts and deal effectively with any issues that may arise. 2024-07-05	Bo*****	App goes offline every single morning (and needs to update) without fail, "currently unavailable, please try again later".. Ummmm NO, I need to access it NOW, that's why I'm using it NOW. Absolutely useless. Edit on: 6/7/24 - still extremely frustrating app. Is questionable whether it opens or not. Just did a supermarket shop and need to transfer funds. Constantly throws up errors. "An error occurred while accessing the application. Contact the bank administrator". Time to change banks i think.

2024-02-09	tr*****	Absolutely horrible app. Constantly freezes and takes a ridiculous amount of time and attempts to do the most simple of tasks. All too often it changes my automatic payments accounts so that it pays itself from the account. This has caused missed payments. Seriously making me consider moving all of my money elsewhere

2023-12-19	Na*****	Good when it works but overall a terrible app for functionality. Been a long term customer for about 12 years. The app has gone through updates but in the last few months, I constantly cannot log in due to errors such as "A valid session does not exist", "Malformed auth header", "the functionality does not exist currently, inform the help desk". Does not help when it's a weekend and I need access to my accounts. Edit 20/12/23: still occasionally has error "A valid session does not exist"

2023-01-25	Tr*****	It's supposed to be an upgrade of the old app but it's a big step back for me. I use a Pixel 6 Pro and the app is very buggy, lots of errors, app hanging when re-opening, cannot make payments from any account anymore - needs to be from my Everyday Access account which is annoying. Design/UI is more confusing and complicated than it needs to be. The only positive I have is the quick look at the account balances before you need to log in. But that's only after I've had to close the app and reload.
