The app features MangaungDaily, a dedicated news channel where select municipal delegates, Centlec, and Bloemwater provide credible updates about local events and developments. With real-time push notifications, users stay informed about important announcements, service updates, emergencies, and events directly from the metro.

AIO also offers an innovative communication system, enabling municipal entities to contact clients efficiently using a low-cost calling feature with audio recording for accountability. For public transportation, the app includes a bus service locator (Hauweng), showing nearby stops and aiming for advanced tracking features in future versions.

The app's interactive tools, such as camera access, location tracking, and file uploads, allow users to report issues like potholes or streetlight outages directly to the municipality. AIO also supports advertising, providing businesses with a platform to reach local audiences, and includes an optional feature to purchase tender documents.
