2021-11-18	Ly*****	They are so disrespectful. I only requested for a refund because I changed my mind of discontinuing their services. I did not get a notification that I can't receive the refund right away or whatever way I can receive it. And I did not get any explanation of when I am going to receive the refunded amount of payment. Instead they told me to call the card company, then I had to call the insurance and blah2x. I do not care if you are a 대기업 just give me my money and explanation... so simple.
