I never faced this problem with my mac so far even after running numerous tabs at once. While using Ringdna there is a lot of heat dissipation and makes it slow. It really is taking a toll on my battery. Please provide a solution to this. | ||
2021-08-31 | William Behr | TLDR: BAIT & SWITCH Really disappointed in the way this is being positioned. The website states free licenses to anyone with Salesforce ( https://www.ringdna.com/chrome-extension ) but that is not the case according to RingDNA Sales. One of my team installed this and I helped him configure it. When I tried to set myself up it failed and when I reached out sales I was told no problem to get that done. I also mentioned that we would be looking for a new provider when our contract was up and this trial would certainly put them in the lead. After being told no problem, the comeback from the manager was to offer a 1 month pilot. I get it, always try to get the business. When I said this would not work until our license was up I was told we couldn't get licenses to the free dialer for more than 1 person. That is not what is listed on the website or anywhere in fine print. Shame because it looks like a great tool from what I saw when setting it up. | ||

Not having to manually log SFDC activities and being able to quickly dial down a list of contacts is a huge timesaver. The coaching tool has also been super helpful as a new rep to get instant feedback on how I can improve my calls. Lastly, I love the AI piece. Being able to listen to people's recorded calls has helped me prepare with what to say when people answer the phone instead of constantly asking people what they are saying or if I can listen to their calls. | ||
