Minimal motion tracking... bait and switch, tbh. I bought a 12 week workout plan expecting to have exercises where the camera tracks my movement. All it did was offer camera tracking during the initial flexibility assessment and nowhere else. Also, I told the app I was a beginner but it gave me exercises that were too advanced for my level of fitness.
