Oneplan

Oneplan is a mobile app for managing your insurance, claims, and Oneplan Claim Card on the go. Quickly load health, pet, or GAP claims, submit invoices and documents, view virtual card details, check balances, reset PINs, or cancel lost/stolen cards. Access policy information, request refunds to your bank or Oneplan card, and upload photos, referral letters, and other supporting documents directly from the app.

The app also supports pet wellness tracking, integrates the Onepet store with automatic discounts, and provides explainer videos and important documents (pre-authorizations, claim forms, how-to guides) to help you maximize your benefits. For urgent situations, use the app to call for emergency assistance, hospital authorization, or ambulance support.
