The app helps transport partners receive moving opportunities, manage assigned bookings, update trip progress and provide reliable service to residential and business customers.

Receive trip opportunities

Approved partners may receive opportunities matched to their vehicle type, services, operating areas and account status. Each offer includes essential details such as collection and delivery locations, date and time, required vehicle, customer item information, helpers, special instructions and trip payment information.

Individual drivers can review available offers and accept or decline them within the specified response period.

Manage company operations

Registered transport companies can review company offers, assign confirmed trips to linked drivers and monitor booking progress. The assigned driver receives an urgent notification and can confirm that the trip has been received.

Company administrators can see the assigned driver and follow each trip from collection to completion.

Manage every stage of a trip

Bookings are organised into pending, upcoming, active and completed sections. Depending on the booking stage, partners can:

• Confirm receipt of an assigned trip
• Start the trip
• Travel to the collection location
• Confirm collection
• Update the journey status
• Complete the trip

These updates help Izi Movers Operations and customers follow the journey more accurately.

Receive important notifications

Izi Partner provides notifications for new offers, confirmed bookings, driver assignments, booking changes and important trip updates.

Urgent offers may use sound and vibration alerts to help partners respond before the opportunity expires. Opening a notification takes the partner to the relevant offer or trip whenever supported.

Bookings starting within a short period may be marked as Immediate Trips, helping partners identify requests that require faster preparation.

Manage your partner profile

Partners can maintain their personal or company information, including:

• Contact and WhatsApp details
• Profile image
• Vehicle and service information
• Provinces, cities and service areas
• Registration and compliance documents
• Account and application status

Information and documents are reviewed by Izi Movers before an account is approved to receive or complete trips.

Reviews and tips

After a completed trip, customers may leave feedback and choose to send a tip. Eligible partners can view received tips and submit the required payout information for review. Tip-payout requests are handled according to the applicable Izi Movers procedures.

Who can use Izi Partner?

The app supports approved independent drivers, owner-drivers, bakkie and truck operators, moving companies, company administrators and drivers linked to registered transport companies.

Partner responsibilities

Partners must provide accurate information, keep required documents current, handle customer belongings carefully and comply with applicable Izi Movers policies and professional conduct requirements.

Access to offers depends on account approval, availability, customer demand, service area and vehicle suitability. Using Izi Partner does not guarantee a specific number of trips or earnings.
