ECM Mobile is the field companion app for technicians, supervisors, and
managers using the ECM (Equipment and Contract Management) platform to keep
heavy equipment running and properly maintained.

Built for technicians working on-site — often with unreliable connectivity
— the app lets your team capture, action, and sign off maintenance work
directly from the field, syncing back to your ECM system as soon as a
connection is available.

KEY FEATURES

Job card management — view job cards assigned to you or available to
claim, and move them through their full lifecycle: pre-inspection,
service in progress, supervisor check, and completion.

Breakdown reporting — raise a breakdown job card on the spot when
equipment fails in the field, without needing to be at a desk.

Field inspections — complete daily fluid and safety checklists (fuel,
oil, coolant, tyres, fire extinguisher, and more) in a guided form built
for quick, accurate entry.

Engine hour readings — capture point-in-time hour-meter readings to keep
service intervals accurate and up to date.

Photos and signatures — attach photos as evidence of work completed, and
capture supervisor sign-off signatures directly on-device.

Supervisor PIN verification — supervisors can verify and sign off work
from an artisan's device using a secure PIN, even without their own
device in hand, and even fully offline.

Location capture — job cards and inspections automatically record GPS
location when a form is opened, so completed work is tied to where it
actually happened.

Works offline — job card actions, inspections, and readings can be
captured without a live connection and are synced automatically once
the device is back online.

Send diagnostics — if something goes wrong, technicians can send a
diagnostic log to support with one tap, helping our team resolve issues
faster without needing physical access to the device.

WHO IT'S FOR

This app is intended for authorised employees and contractors of
organisations using the ECM platform — technicians, supervisors, and
managers/admins with an existing ECM account. It is not intended for use
by the general public and requires an active login provided by your
organisation.

PRIVACY

The app only collects the information needed to do the job: your account
details, job card and equipment data you submit, location tied to
inspection and job card submissions, and — only when you choose to send
it — a diagnostic log to help support troubleshoot an issue. Full details
