Pros

The app works for its intended purpose.
Connecting the wireless band is easy.
The park itself has a variety of attractions for different age groups.

Cons

The app frequently crashes and has login issues.
Users cannot access their pictures or link their wristbands.
There are ongoing issues with registration and error messages.

Recent reviews

The app is okay and gets the job done. But it doesn't have dark theme and blinds you. It also requires to adjust your screen's brightness to max but doesn't change it back to adaptive brightness or to your original brightness, when you exit the app. I've been going to H2O water park using the app for almost 3 years now and they still haven't updated the app with this simple fix which other apps that do the same functionality have already figured out.
