2025-01-11	Ma*****	An unusable app!! It has completely crashed for me. Not only can I not view any products but I can't even view my own profile! When I went in store I couldn't even açcess my account to collect the points which is so frustrating. The app claims I have no connection even when I have stable WiFi or 4G which I don't understand, or it is just a blank screen with no explanation why. I really hope this is resolved soon because this problem has been around for months already!

2024-11-09	ha*****	It was good for some time until it literally wouldn't let me on I think it crashed but I'm so disappointed, it wouldn't let me use the app it wouldn't work after a few months I had to uninstall it because it was useless

2024-08-22	mc*****	Crashes since new update 13th August 2024, used to work perfectly, now won't even open Update ; after the 19th August update, Sephora fixed the problem with it crashing and so now works perfectly again

2024-08-19	Sh*****	The app is opening again now after the developers fixed it. I would suggest though that the updates are carefully checked in future as making it so that the app no longer functions is a bad look for a global business. So I will start with 3 stars as it opens again and I'll see from there. Before this debacle the only issue was how long payment took as the screen would often lock up and you would miss out on offers etc.. as you couldn't pay within the set time.

2024-08-19	Ho*****	I have this bug with it, and I rated it so low because I CAN'T EVEN USE THE APP! I tap on the icon it loads and then kicks me out and says that there has been a technical issue. This is very sad, and I love ur products and I buy from u regularly, but because my app doesn't even open, I find it very frustrating. I hope u fix this ty Edit: it's been fixed. Thank u

2024-08-18	So*****	Can't even get on it. I go on, it closes and says there's a bug. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but no luke. It never had up to date stuff on it anyways so maybe it's a sign to stop using it.

2024-08-18	Sh*****	I have tried to access the app as it needed updating, and it has a bug that causes it to crash and exit me to my home screen.I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it just crashes and sends me off.Please fix this sephora🙏.On the other hand, without the bug it is a great and accessible app and it is easy to find what you need quickly.☺️
