Frequent verification problems (delayed or failed SMS, 2FA issues, password reset failures, and constant logouts) and frequent re-authentication.
Payment failures and unexpected charges, including price mismatches, extra text/convenience fees, and reported double payments.
App unreliability and outages, with features not working in certain locations or at specific meters.
Privacy concerns due to requiring phone number and email to park.
Perceived weak customer support and unhelpful developer responses (no live chat).

Recent reviews

machine out of order and more expensive to pay through the app. Had to reset the account several times. Developer has promptly contacted me to tell me it's tough and I should pay extra for the privilege of using the app when the machine is out of order.

Convenient and well designed, but incorporates extra charges for the smallest features e.g. a 10p charge for a parking confirmation SMS, or another 10p for a 10 minute reminder without making this explicitly obvious. Otherwise, a decent app for parking that eliminates the hassle and queues for machines.
