User reviews heavily criticize RingGo for unreliability and difficult usability. Recurrent issues include failed or delayed verification, 2FA and login problems, payment failures and overcharges, and inconsistent performance across locations. Payment failures and unexpected charges, including price mismatches, extra text/convenience fees, and reported double payments.
App unreliability and outages, with features not working in certain locations or at specific meters.
Privacy concerns due to requiring phone number and email to park.
Perceived weak customer support and unhelpful developer responses (no live chat).

Recent reviews

Genuine garbage. The app does not accept international phone numbers and offers no way to verify beyond a phone number. The phone service is equally garbage, it almost never will understand your reg number and then won't understand your vehicle make, kicking you back to trying the reg number again.

This app applies fraudulent pricing. It charges a "convenience fee", which is illegal as per recent legislation (booking fees etc. must be part of headline fee, not tacked on at the end). It does not let you extend bookings; forces you to start a whole new session at full price without telling you up front. This means advertised parking charges are deceptive. It charges for SMS messages without making it clear up front that they are extra. The graphic above lies about their Trustpilot score.
