Recent reviews

I had been fairly happy with RingGo, which has seemed one of the better-working parking apps. However I recently noticed that a short stay was charged more than the "show prices" page said it should. Contacted support who eventually mentioned a minimum charge at that location that's not listed anywhere in the app. Had a "goodwill" refund but they did not seem to understand or care that it's actually quite a big problem if the backend is charging more than "show prices" says it will.
