This has got to be one of the most frustrating apps I've ever installed on my phone. It's been 2 weeks since I started verification process yet, I'm unable to complete the phase bcos the address on my bank statement is diff from the one on my trove profile. I've moved to a new apartment, a few blocks away from the old house in the same community and my bank statement is the closest to use as they don't use numbers.. Pls update the one on my trove to suit the one in my bank statement. I am tired!
