Please traction has been ignoring my message since last year. I made a transaction to sterling bank account on the 18th of December, 2013. The recipient is yet to get the money. Please help me look into it. I called sterling bank to complain but I was asked to provide the season Id of the transaction but your app can't share receipts. Its really frustrating. My boss wants to close the account as we can't continue like this. Thanks.
