TTC Box Office

TTC Box Office is the on-site app for event organizers using The Ticketing Co. It brings door sales, ticket scanning and guest check-in together on one device, so your team can run an event without a laptop or a separate card terminal. An active The Ticketing Co. organizer account is required.

BOX OFFICE SALES
Sell tickets at the door from your live inventory, with a full breakdown of fees, discounts, gratuity and tax, and free or complimentary orders when needed. Tickets and receipts are emailed to the customer, and an order can be checked in the moment it is paid.

Accept in-person payments through Stripe: Tap to Pay, a paired Stripe Terminal reader over Bluetooth, or manual card entry. Pair readers in the app, monitor battery and signal, and install firmware updates.

TICKET SCANNING
Scan QR tickets with the device camera. Each scan confirms the ticket in real time and flags duplicate, voided, transferred and out-of-event tickets. Restrict a device to specific tiers so each gate admits only what it should.

CHECK-IN AND GUEST LISTS
Search attendees and check them in by hand when a ticket cannot be scanned. Maintain a guest list with party sizes, access levels and notes.

LIVE STATISTICS
Follow entry in real time with overall check-in totals, per-tier and per-gate breakdowns, per-scanner activity, and a feed of the most recent check-ins.

YOUR TEAM
Invite staff as ticket scanners by email or by scanning their QR code, scoped to a single event, and remove them at any time. Access follows each member's role across every organization and event you belong to.
