2022-02-11	Ke*****	We have several accounts with them. Service has been unreliable for months, frequently not getting notifications or sometimes notified several times for the same messages. Just had an issue today with a tech having to switch to his personal phone to work with a customer after the app said messages sent but the website says they failed. Overall very poor app and will be migrating away.

2021-12-17	Jo*****	This service worked fine when it was free. Now my outgoing messages arent reliable. Im using twilio as my trunking provider but i dont think its them because in my logs it doesnt even show a message attempt. I recommend using the web interface instead of the app. That at least tells you if the message failed to send unlike the app.

2021-03-11	Ke*****	Very simple and easy to use, except it doesn't support international format numbers, even though providers such as Twilio do. Unfortunately it is why I've had to use another service, however if they were to fix this I would definitely return as a user.
