Time Craft: Work Time Tracker

TimeCraft is an offline work tracking and invoicing app designed for freelancers, contractors, and field workers who need a simple way to record working hours, manage client projects, track earnings, and create PDF invoices directly on their device.

HOW TIMECRAFT WORKS

1. Create clients and projects
Add your clients and create projects with an hourly rate. You can organize projects using color tags and monitor optional budget limits.

2. Track working time
Use the Active Punch Clock to start and stop a work session. Select the relevant project and optionally add a task description. The app records the duration of the session and calculates the corresponding amount using the project's hourly rate.

3. Review and edit timesheets
View your previous work sessions in the Timesheet Log. You can adjust recorded durations, account for breaks, and add notes when needed.

4. Create PDF invoices
Use the PDF Invoice Builder to prepare an invoice using your client information and recorded work details. Add line items, apply a tax percentage when applicable, customize the invoice layout, and generate a PDF file locally on your device.

5. Review hours and income
The analytics section provides summaries of hours worked and earnings. View weekly and monthly information by project and identify unbilled work.

OFFLINE DATA STORAGE

TimeCraft is designed to keep its core work data on your device. Client names, billing rates, timesheets, task entries, and earnings information are stored locally.

PDF invoices are generated on the device and saved to the device's local file system. TimeCraft does not require an external PDF generation service for creating invoices.
