User Reviews

Reviews highlight affordable products and a wide selection, but the Android app is frequently described as slow, unreliable, and prone to crashes or checkout problems. Some users find the website a better alternative. Delivery experiences vary: some report quick, intact orders, while others describe delays and tracking issues.

Pros

Many reviewers praise the low prices and affordable products.
Reviewers mention a broad selection and say it can be easy to find what they need.
Some users report smooth ordering and fast, discreet delivery, though experiences vary.

Cons

App instability is the most repeated complaint: it may fail to open, freeze, run slowly, or crash.
Scrolling and browsing can be unresponsive; some users report missing item details or items showing as unavailable.
Checkout and account features can fail, including the app resetting at checkout and trouble signing in or changing a password.
Shipping delays and limited tracking updates are reported repeatedly, including for expedited orders.

Recent reviews

I tried to put in my information and evey time my keyboard came up it disappeared. The app is completely broken on the back end. The developer for this app need to go back to school and learn how to code better. Was going to give this company a try but I'll stick with my other site. Better prices anyway.

You just lost my business do to poor business practice. Ordered on Aug 31st, and was supposed to be here by the 9th. They are refusing to resend or refund the product, and instead keep pushing back the date..when there's absolutely no movement on my package in over a week. At this point I'm turning this business in for theft, as this is the third time this has happened and I receive the same service, Everytime. Please, save your money and order from a more professional company.
