Tabsy LPM is the field companion to the Tabsy contractor business management platform — a complete operations toolkit for contractors and their crews.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP

• Today: a live dashboard of outstanding receivables, pending approvals, upcoming tasks, and recent activity. Spot what needs attention first thing in the morning.
• Schedule: day-by-day or week-at-a-glance view of every task and work order on the calendar. Step forward or back with chevrons; jump to today with one tap.
• Projects: every project gets its own detail screen with Overview, Tasks, Work Orders, and Expenses tabs. Inline contact, address, start date, and est. completion. Tappable phone, email, and address —
they deep-link to your dialer, mail app, and Maps.
• Work orders: structured detail with status pills, primary lifecycle action at the top (Mark done / Verify / Mark paid), Calendar export, and Save Contact for the customer's info. Photos are grouped per
work order.
• Tasks: same compact detail layout with priority and due-date awareness. Inline checkbox to toggle done from the list — no extra navigation.
• Photos: organize photos into folders for each project or job site. Upload from the gallery, capture straight from the camera. Same folders show up on iOS and the web admin.
• Contacts: searchable directory with lifecycle filters (lead / prospect / client). Save a contact's full record straight into the system address book.
• Estimates: send via email with a custom subject and message; mark accepted; send a contract right from an accepted estimate using the saved template.
• Contracts: in-app PDF preview, send / send-reminder / void, and one-tap conversion to a project once a contract is fully signed.
• Catalog: browse products, services, and packages with prices, billing cadence, and bundled-item breakdowns. Read-only on mobile — authoring stays on the web admin.
• Map: every active project pinned by job site so you can see your week visually.
• Scanner: open the camera and scan a barcode or QR code straight into the app.
• Expenses: log billable expenses against projects, attach receipts via camera or gallery, see vendor totals at a glance.
• Time clock: clock in and out with optional location capture; weekly timesheets roll up automatically
