2026-05-21	Da*****	Yall need to do better with this app TMOBILE It's pretty terrible. Too much going on,no streamline directly to calling a person or reaching out to an extension. For a corporate app it's cluttered. a major flaw is that corporate calls are showing up as notifications instead of an incoming call(8x8🫠3CX?) imagine you getting an on call call and it just shows up as a incoming text message....bruh..... digression: support is horrific and their system hardly works with desk phones. Dont invest

2026-05-10	Al*****	This company Dialpad was nothing other that a real nightmare. Worst customers service, worse phone service, they will charge you for text messages, tech support is only AI. Total 100% garbage. they will not refund anything of it didn't work for you. Beaware💩💩💩💩
