2026-08-27	Gr*****	I was on a trial, the platform performed terribly. I could not make any calls, as the call quality was terrible, dropped out, periods of silence. I attempted to cancel my trial from the last daty notice sent by Dialapd, but they did not cancel. I have paid an annual subscription, and no one will respond to my queries. DO NOT sign up for a trial. It is not a trial its an annual subscription you will be charged for in 7 days. FRAUDSTERS!

2026-08-26	Jo*****	We switched to Dialpad recently and it has not been a good experience. Dialpad drops calls easily where my regular phone service is fine. Also started getting tons of SPAM calls. Wouldn't recommend

2026-08-18	AR*****	Poor call quality, customers barely can hear you and app is glitches all the time. Spam calls are commin every 5-10 minutes last 2 weeks. They are charging for the messages and sometimes you can not send pictures or files. We moved away from the RingCentral and guess what Dialpad is worst. Definitely not recommend and stay away from!!!! You can not really your business on them.!! We are very disappointed.

2026-07-19	Sh*****	Always been a bit quirky and you can't even set it as the default phone app on Android so that external tel: links work, but the final straw was when they removed the option to delete an individual SMS message from the desktop (and are apparently planning to remove it from mobile too). I kid you not - their solution is literally just delete the entire conversation. I thought it was a bug - they confirmed it was intentional. Legit probably the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen a company do.

2026-07-15	Ju*****	Horrible. Cannot use the service and they deny your sms registration within 10 minutes, which is not enough time to review it. I have followed all of their guidance in every part. I fear I'm about to lose thousands on a real estate deal due to this. Thank you guys for your service that I payed for!
