User Notice and Agreement
By continuing, you accept the following terms:
1. Purpose and Role
Superworker supports onboarding, learning, and change management. Your organisation is the Data Controller; they configure the app to align with industry laws and internal governance. Superworker acts as the Data Processor.
2. Monitoring and Conduct
Your organisation may access your usage data, interactions, and progress for compliance, support, or investigation. The app is an extension of your employer’s Code of Conduct. All interactions are subject to disciplinary processes.
3. Information Processed
We process information only on your organisation’s instructions, including:
Name, email, and employee ID.
Role, assigned tasks, and learning progress.
Your typed inputs, clicks, and usage trends.
Technical data (IP address, device info, error logs).
Note: Superworker does not process special category data (health, religion, union membership, etc.). Do not upload such information.
4. Data Security and Storage
We use encryption, access controls, and region-specific hosting to protect your data. Information is retained only as long as required by your organisation’s contract. You are responsible for keeping your device and login details secure.
5. Your Responsibilities
Use the app according to company policy.
Do not attempt to bypass security or AI guardrails.
Provide truthful information to the Assistant.
Use your own judgement when interpreting AI suggestions.
6. Limitations and Liability
The app is provided “as is.” Superworker does not guarantee uninterrupted service or 100% accuracy of AI content. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Superworker is not liable for losses caused by misuse, network failures, or unauthorised access. Total liability is limited to the fees paid by your organisation.
7. Termination
Access may be revoked if you violate these terms, if your organisation disables your account, or if the service agreement ends.
8. Statement of Understanding
By continuing, you confirm that:
You are interacting with an AI system and accept its limitations.
You understand your organisation can view and use your activity data.
You remain responsible for how you apply the information provided.
You consent to the data processing described above.
