SODI

When multiple people care for a loved one, information gets lost among messages and papers: who gave them the medication, when the appointment was, how they slept.

SODI brings everything together in one shared place. Caregivers see the same information, updated instantly.

TEAM CARE
Invite your family, nurses, or whoever cares with you. Each person sees the same record, with the permissions you decide.

MEDICATIONS AND DOSES
Record each medication with its dosage and schedule. Mark doses given or missed and consult the complete record.

MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS
Save appointments with a photo of the doctor's order and write down what the specialist said. Nothing gets lost on a loose piece of paper.

VITAL SIGNS
Record blood pressure, glucose, weight, and temperature, and monitor how they change over time.

SHIFT NOTES
Leave a written account of how the day went. The next shift can get up to speed in a minute.

KEY CONTACTS
Your doctor, specialist, and who to call in an emergency, always at your fingertips.

REMINDERS
Alerts so you never miss a dose or appointment.

Free. Log in with your email or Google account.

SODI is a tool to organize and coordinate care. It is not a medical device and does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional.

Caring means being there for someone.
