My main issue is that I have to pay to put in age preferences, and that if I swipe left on enough people who are too old for me, the I'll run out of swipes. The profiles are probably there but I can't find them, and it can't just be the algorithm showing what they're looking for because I doubt women in there mid 30s are looking for a man in his mid 20s.

Absolute waste of time. I paid subscription just to be able to send 1 message per day. If people are paying for an app that means they are some what serious about getting most out of the service. What's the point of paying monthly if you can only send 1 message. How am I suppose to build a connection with a person I like. Just by liking their photo and hope for a chance they like back. Money making scam. You should allow all paid members to send messages to the person they are interested in.
