Worst experience!!! I ordered and paid for a bag about 40 days ago and still have not received it. Customer service don't pick up. So very poor customer handling. They have a WhatsApp number where a bot will listen to your queries. Like after paying, I didn't have a way out, worst experience of my life.

I m regular customer of negative apparel they are very coprative peopl nd stuff is too good highly recomended but now a days they aded one more option which is pre order its a bit annoying bcoz there is no tyme fram of delivry which i want them to concentrate on it
