⚠️don't use their service. Unless you want your credit score to go down. My partner had a surplus $ on her account so she didn't upload any more $ to pay them since she has credit. When she checked her TransUnion core she dropped 33pts because koodo told TransUnion she missed payments. And she tried to contact them and they only do call backs and she tried to disconnect her phone but is not able to.

To new to truly evaluate but so far so good. Easy to maneuver to whatever I am looking for whether billings, account info or contract. And the response time is efficient, however, I will say that the AI are very VERY limited in there understanding. Would be nice to see a major upgrade there. Or better yet HUMAN!!
