péssimo, merecem processo

Tenho uma assinatura há mais de 2 anos e, até então, funcionava sem maiores problemas. Porém, desde agosto de 2024, a empresa parece ter sido descontinuada. Os serviços de cinema deixaram de funcionar, e o suporte ao cliente está completamente inacessível, sem qualquer resposta por nenhum canal. É um desrespeito ao consumidor, e agora terei que acionar o Procon para tentar reaver o valor investido.
