2026-08-07	D *****	awful app. Keeps asking you to log in when you switch menus. Customer Service is dreadful. I have been trying for days now just to withdraw money. They take an age to respond then when they do they cut the chat off because you haven't responded straight away and despite telling them of the errors on screen they repeat the same advice which leads to the errors!

2026-08-07	Je*****	Horrendous app I bought 300 dollars in BTC to try it out and now my 300 dollars is unaccessible. I have tried transferring it to an external wallet, failed. Updated my "browser" which is apparently the app itself and tried again, fail. thanks Ai Alfred. tried transferring 75%, failed too high. 50%, failed, too high. 25%, failed, too high! I basically lost 300 dollars and all faith in cryptocurrency.
