not able to open the app it shows something went wrong and I'm not able to even report it

I. really enjoy this app and find a good tool for me. my only problem is the glitches. if I don't close the app the question might stay the same from previous day. and right now i cannot access today's check ins. it bounces between yesterday and sometime last week.
