This app allows users to create their own personal library or collection of videos, images, and audio which help them to relieve anxiety and stress in difficult moments. Users can do breathing exercises, upload images, video recordings, audio of loved ones or motivational clips that keep them relaxed and inspired. For deep relaxation, users can upload videos in the slow motion therapy section which allows them to playback videos in slow motion mode.
