Reviews are mixed and polarized. Students praise the teachers, especially Prateek Shivalik, for clear explanations in maths, psychology, and pedagogy, and find the app useful for DSSSB, KVS, CTET, and other teaching exams. However, many complain about slow app performance, unresponsive chat support, outdated video content, and test series with errors. Several reviewers also allege fake five-star reviews, refund or course-validity problems, and locked purchases, leading to frustration over wasted money.
