Kellu - Servicios en Terreno

Kellu is the field service management app for companies that coordinate technicians, work orders, and customer visits.

Each team works with their corresponding view: supervisors coordinate from the calendar, and technicians resolve issues in the field, even without a signal.

FOR SUPERVISORS

• Daily and weekly schedules with all scheduled visits

• Technician assignment and visit rescheduling

• Work orders with status, itemized list, and supporting documents

• Quotes and invoicing: what's pending and what's been invoiced

• Customer profile with direct contact via phone, WhatsApp, or map

• Conversion statistics and completed jobs per period

FOR FIELD TECHNICIANS

• My schedule: the day's jobs, organized

• Status changes: En route, In progress, Completed

• Reports with photos, notes, and customer signature on the phone

• Job forms with voice-guided completion

Navigate to the customer's address with a single tap

Works offline: everything syncs when the signal is restored

WORKS OFFLINE

Technicians don't always have a signal. Kellu saves the job on the phone and

syncs it automatically when the connection is restored, without losing photos or reports.

LOCATION DURING SHIFT (OPTIONAL)

The technician can share their location with their team while on an active shift, so the supervisor can coordinate assignments and arrival times. This is optional, activated from the profile, and deactivated at the end of the shift.

ACCESS
Kellu is a tool for businesses. Accounts are created by the contracting company: there is no public registry. If your company uses Kellu, request your credentials from the administrator.
