Tano My Medical Record is an app provided by the Kochi Medical and Nursing Care Collaboration System that supports health promotion and visits to medical institutions.

・Electronic medical examination ticket function: Simply scan the QR code displayed on the app at the reception desk of the medical institution to complete the registration process. You can also check your prescription information.
- Medical questionnaire registration function: You can register medical questionnaires from the app. (Basic interview, orthopedics, dermatology, pediatrics)
・Medical information confirmation function: You can check test results taken at medical institutions and prescription information (drug name, usage, prescription date, etc.).
・Various health management functions: You can record and manage your medication status, vital information, and meal information.
